Lingo School

Student Protection Scheme

In accord with the Singapore government's effort to safeguard the interests of students who have entrusted their future and Education here, Lingo School has undertaken a Student Protection Scheme as stipulated by the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE). This framework seeks to set the  professional standard expected in the industry and will serve as the basis for communication with regard to students' financial interests between the school and the students.

In this scheme, students at the point of enrolment are required to enter into a Student Contract which specifies important issues that both students and School are to adhere to.

Our Philosophy...

As part of the scheme, Lingo School hereby confirms and undertakes to our Students that we have in place a Student Protection Scheme as stipulated by the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE), by way of either:

  • a Student Fee Insurance Policy underwritten by NTUC Income Insurance Cooperative Ltd

to safeguard the interests of our students

A standard student handbook is given to every full time student enrolled as part of the new student package to familiarize students with the various protection schemes available as well as the standing rules and regulations of the school; grievances management is also addressed.
